*Cancellation & Payment Agreement:

          Fitness on Farmington has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled class or appointment, you will be charged the full rate of your service or class. Fitness on Farmington does not issue refunds and you cannot transfer unused services to another client. Most packages have a one year expiration date and therefore, Fitness on Farmington does not extend expiration dates.
