WE SPECIALIZE IN PRIVATE SESSIONS
Private sessions are required if you are brand new to Pilates. Private sessions are one-on-one hands on sessions that allow you to learn and operate each apparatus, learn the foundations, fundamentals, spring loads, modifications (if needed), proper technique and form and much more! A minimal of 5 private sessions is preferred.
Looking specifically for privates, your teacher will design a program around your unique needs. These individualized sessions are the most effective way to focus on your strengths, flexibility, and balance. You will experience how the springs on all the Pilates apparatuses will accelerate the process of stretching, strengthening, and improve body alignment.
Private 1-on-1 Sessions are 55 minutes and include work on the reformer, tower, chair, ladder barrel and mat which are tailored to your individual needs.
