After losing -85 pounds, I was left with a lot of...skin. Strength training is one of the most effective ways to burn fat, build muscle and tighten that skin. Weight training has been shown to halt and even reverse sarcopenia – the reduction of skeletal muscle that occurs as we get older  – which helps us stay independent (and out of a nursing home) and live longer. 

Fitness on Farmington offers one hour of weight training exercises (minimum 5lbs.) to get those extra pounds off, make you sweat, and feel good about it!
